Who we seek

Prudential’s Customer Office is seeking a skilled Web Marketing Project Manager with a solid understanding of website management, direct response, optimization, account/project management, testing and the agile Scrum framework. As Prudential pivots from its legacy focus on enterprise customers to direct to consumer marketing of products and services, we are seeking to overhaul the prudential.com experience to be more welcoming and engaging for our target prospects and customers.

Our team works across all disciplines to create and test digital experiences to drive online conversions, deepen prospect and customer engagement and further the Prudential brand. The Web Marketing Project Manager role will be instrumental in guiding the evolution and optimization of Prudential’s primary digital platform – Prudential.com – and ensure successful adoption of new features and functionality across external and internal customers. The right person will be able to balance the customer experience with achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with business leaders in the Customer Office to develop approaches to optimizing navigation, landing pages, content hubs and other site features to become to deliver better conversion or engagement outcomes

·        Create user stories independently and as part of a team, managing them through the full sprint cycle, including QA and final approvals

·        Manage website projects through entire lifecycle (strategy, content/UX, analytics, SEO & technology) along with securing input & approval from primary stakeholders.

·        Oversee and execute A/B/multivariate tests (content/UX, QA and reporting/ analysis) with our 3rd-party testing platform

·        Coordinate with UX, Technology & Project Management teams on Sprint planning

·        Carefully document takeaways from stakeholder meetings, user testing, business requirements and work through resolution of design, technology or marketing challenges

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years proven website project management experience for a major transactional/ecommerce or financial services site

·        Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great experiences

·        Ability to gather and customer/business needs into an actionable product roadmap, and product roadmaps into product requirements

·        Deep direct response orientation

·        Mastery of A/B testing concepts and best practices

·        Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills and experience in presenting to senior executives

·        Familiarity with Maxymiser, Optimizely or other A/B and Multivariate testing platforms

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HTML and CSS.

Desired Qualifications:

·        Exposure to using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies

·        Knowledge of development tracking tools like JIRA & Workfront

·        Experience in financial services; any experience with marketing in Insurance, Wealth Management and Retirement verticals or in other highly-regulated industries (pharma, healthcare etc.)
