Identifies strategies to develop a professional network. Uses familiarity with bank departments, products, and services to offer additional product options to address client concerns, ensure optimum mix of products and services, and ultimately maintain and expand the relationship through client satisfaction. Partners with Wealth Management Product Specialists to provide counsel and advice in all areas of Wealth Management – Trust, Private Banking, Investments and Planning. Demonstrates leadership by coordinating with Analysts and Assistants to ensure all clients needs, tasks, and projects are completed in thorough, timely, and accurate manners.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
  Qualifications   Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of experience in Wealth Management field

- Extensive knowledge of department operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Excellent relationship management, networking and business development skills and a holistic view of the client
- Extraordinary talent for driving business
- Ability to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique clients needs
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Professional designations such as CFA or CFP preferred
