The PGIM Marketing team is looking for a Head of PGIM Global Marketing Programs to join our team. You will work in close partnership with key areas across the organization to lead marketing program identification, development and execution in support of the PGIM brand. You will need a deep knowledge of the global institutional investment landscape and an understanding of client segments/needs to be able to translate them into successful marketing program strategies that get results. You will report to PGIM’s Chief Marketing Officer.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and executing marketing programs that support the PGIM brand, such as Defined Contribution, ESG and Impact Investing, Alternatives, among others.

  • Defining client segmentation strategies that meet multi-regional needs.

  • Administering the life cycle of all global marketing initiatives and preparing effective strategies to position all processes according to country requirements and ensuring optimal support to all global strategies.

  • Developing and managing relationships with all marketing teams and developing effective strategies for individual countries.

  • Maintaining knowledge on all customer markets and preparing innovative plans for elevating brand awareness and global growth.

  • Collaborating with global communication and advertising departments to design various communication strategies, preparing reports and handling all communications with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior management to resolve all issues in the global marketing sphere.

  • Monitoring user experience and improving packaging in global markets, collaborating cross-functionally to develop strategic messaging and positioning that is then translated into marketing plans and collateral.

  • Partnering with the Head of Digital and Content to increase traffic and client engagement across web properties, search, display, email and social media.

  • Leading internal and external resources to ensure the timely and accurate execution of high quality marketing and communications in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Analyzing related competitive information and market data to evolve strategies for existing programs and building business cases for new ones.

  • Measuring and evaluating the short and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs.

  • Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as required.

  • Creating the industry survey submission strategy and handling submissions working with the Investment Operations team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services marketing, preferably to institutional investors.
  • Deep knowledge of the global asset management industry and client segments.
  • Experience in running a global brand with a strong background in advertising, communications and marketing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with shown success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, and influencing multiple stakeholders to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to get results through flexibility and perseverance; ability to lead through complexity and change.
