Vice President, Marketing Innovation - Lifion



ADP is seeking a Vice President Marketing, Innovation. ADP's strong focus on innovation continues as we look for a marketing leader to bring to market our newest technologies and drive growth in marketshare. The successful candidate will be a key leader within the team with responsibility to drive the end-to-end Go to Market strategy including but not limited to market research requirements, creating early adopter and engagement programs, launching the product both internally and externally and driving awareness and sales for this exciting new technology. This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business strategy by driving persona research, market assessment, competitive analysis, and distribution strategy.
  • Spearhead measurable pilot strategies and activation plans.
  • Build impactful end to end GTM strategy and tactical plans to drive revenue of new products, including branding, product positioning and messaging, naming, sales enablement, creative storytelling and marketing campaigns
  • Establish robust measurement plan to learn and effectively optimize campaigns
  • Strong alignment with internal key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product marketing, executives and product leaders
  • Evangelize product differentiation and results within ADP and with media, analysts and customers
  • Activate a multi-pronged marketing campaign to generate results across the buyers journey from awareness through decision
  • Provide exemplary leadership of a high potential growing marketing team

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of related experience in fast moving environments across key functions in Product Marketing, Business Management, Product Management, Sales / Marketing
  • Experience leading product/corporate marketing function in high-growth SaaS company preferred
  • Familiarity with agile product development and agile marketing preferred
  • Smart Creative who can apply business acumen both analytically and creatively
  • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and move fast to drive key outcomes
  • Proven track record of developing work class marketing team in a growth environment
  • Ability to work with senior executives, customers, and sales teams as well as a matrixed organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various complex businesses and key support functions
  • Contribute strategically to new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and within an environment of rapidly changing priorities
