Job Description
As businesses grow and become more complex, they navigate complicated transactions. Our growing Advisory Transaction Services practice helps executives achieve strategic growth objectives for their organizations by driving informed and empowered acquisition, divestiture and reorganization decisions. Our transaction services professionals help companies across the deal continuum
developing the right strategy, identifying issues and points of negotiation and value, executing the deal seamlessly, and implementing changes to deliver synergies and improvements post integration.

Our Transaction Services consultants help clients across the deal continuum. This high performing team advises clients in executing acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments, as well as providefinancial and accounting diligence analysis for clients' transactions.

Our Contracts and Closing Mechanisms (CCM) Team develops innovative solutions to strategic, commercial and accounting issues to assist clients, PwC Partners and deal teams in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) arena. In particular the team involves the identification and articulation of value issues related to deal completion mechanics in order to advise clients during their negotiations of price and the mitigation of risks. The CCM Team is a dynamic, fast growing team within the Transaction Services business and offers the right candidate the prospect of fast career progression.

CCM is highly rewarding as the benefits and value created for clients is clearly visible. The team is involved in all stages of a transaction from pre-deal work through to post-completion support.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Certification(s) Required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including the following areas:

- Leveraging experience reviewing and commenting on the financial and accounting aspects of the Sale and Purchase Agreement;
- Preparing closing accounts three years post qualified due diligence experience; and,
- Working on both sell sides and buy sides or equivalent forensic experience working on post-closing disputes.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including the following areas:

- Leveraging a CPA or equivalent and more than 1 year post qualification experience;
- Possessing analytical skills and commercial awareness;
- Utilizing attention to detail;
- Leveraging communication skills with ability to operate at 'senior' levels;
- Managing a flexible working style; and,
- Demonstrating previous transaction experience.
