The Technology Recruiting Summer Intern will work with our Technology Recruiting team, Technology Inclusion & Diversity team, and our Midwest Inclusion & Diversity team. They will be primarily responsible for supporting inclusion and diversity recruiting efforts and initiatives for both entry level and experienced recruiting. Key responsibilities:
  • Diversity Recruiting Innovation Efforts: Support identifying additional ways to increase diversity pipeline of candidates through new utilization of new technology tools, sourcing channels, artificial intelligence, etc.
  • Nashville Delivery Center Sourcing Strategy: Support reviewing our local/regional strategy for identifying diverse entry level and/or experienced talent for the Nashville Delivery Center. Help identify a long term, sourcing strategy that will provide a constant volume of diverse talent through multiple channels.
  • Support the two apprentice programs currently aligned with Technology. Responsible for supporting the execution of these programs at the targeted schools/alternative sources and the hiring of apprentices.
  • Support and attend local diversity recruiting events and activities during the summer
