The SecDevOps Engineering Technology Manager 3 UX role is a key leadership role in the Enterprise Quality Engineering ( EQE) team. Focusing on the UX design and implementation of the SecDevOps overall vision for Wells Fargo, this key role will be responsible for the translation and implementation of the SecDevOps strategy and roadmap, maintaining quality, and managing risk for all impacted sides and functions from a UX perspective that impact the ability of all EIT application teams to deliver QUALITY and TRANSPARENT applications for the corporation.

The person will have to cover multiple roles:

  • Serve as a key member of the EQE Engineering leadership team, focusing on best practices, policies and eans of enforcement for all UX aspects across EIT.
  • Work with directs of the EQE Engineering leadership team to define, organize, and operationalize all work efforts
  • Capable to dive in with any team in EQE on prove training and leadership in an Agile coach manner.
  • Interact with senior and executive leaders across EQE
  • Manage a team of 8 to 10+ people.
  • Establish operational objectives and assignments and delegate assignments to direct report managers to ensure successful execution of EPS engineering Controls functions including:
    • Defining compliance models and measuring adherence.
    • Defining and performing testing and quality assurance for DevOps tools and services.
    • Ability to coach all engineers (testing / development / operation) to apply best practices (TDD, BDD…) as well as teaching what is code Quality and how to effectively review and refactor code specifically on all UX aspect of the implementation

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment
  • 4+ years of Java experience
  • 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
