Wells Fargo Enterprise Information Technology is looking for a Technology Initiatives Manager to provide senior execution leadership for a large multi-year transformational program to transform the Wholesale end to end lending environment, including consolidating systems to create a streamlined end to end lending platform across digital, originations, underwriting, servicing and reporting. The individual will be responsible for partnering with the Wholesale COO, multiple lines of business and technology partners to define the strategy, and to plan and deliver the program, utilizing in-depth understanding of organizational goals/priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans.

They will provide thought-leadership and apply areas of expertise to lead the program in an effective and efficient manner and to build support with senior leadership across the technology organizations and/or Wholesale lines of business. They will be expected to provide oversight of the program across all EIT delivery workstreams, including managing program governance, and to focus on resolving IT-related program design and strategy issues, as well as ownership of key technology risks and issues. This leader will ensure the various technology teams and LOBs leaders collaborate to meet milestones and deliverables, as well as managing dependencies with other Wholesale transformation programs.

They will also be involved in the execution/ implementation and on-going operational management of processes as they are developed. A senior individual contributor or manager accountable for managing for results through matrix management or contractor/vendor management or through direct reports, if any.



Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of strategic planning in a technology environment
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a technology environment
  • 5+ years of commercial banking experience
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 5 + years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise



Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience of working with Wholesale lending systems in a financial services environment
