The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all manner of operations including weekly/monthly reporting, client insight requests, conflict resolution, candidate screenings, promotional development, process updates, Shift Lead communications, resource management, and client / incubation relations. The Project Team Lead is accountable for attending weekly meetings with different client members to plan and coordinate team-wide process updates, product launches, and the resulting feedback reporting for project value creation. Communication between the project team members and the client is essential and a key component of the role.


The Team Lead will have the following responsibilities:

  • Meeting metrics/SLAs
  • Improve operating efficiency
  • Managing team/Developing people
  • Developing relationship with client counterparts
  • Managing contract terms and conditions
  • Coordinate and manage assigned capability roles
  • Makes independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas.
