Talent Management & Diversity Intern


Description

  • Assists Enterprise Talent Management on a variety of talent management projects (topics may include but are not limited to: project-based developmental experiences, career planning, employee experience measurement, onboarding).
  • Research/Thought Leadership:
  • Conduct research on talent management topics to benchmark leading practices and collect insights from a variety of sources to form a perspective on the topic
  • Support the establishment of the Enterprise Talent Management Center of Excellence (e.g. design talent dashboards, create forums for sharing content, establish speaker bureau, design trends reporting, etc.)
  • Solution design:
  • Create process flows between Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition to increase the effectiveness of current processes, enhance talent mobility and improve the employee experience
  • Based on insights from project-based assignment pilot, make recommendations for ongoing design and next steps, including technical requirements to support
  • Program delivery:
  • Support the execution of the enterprise-wide onboarding experience
  • Manage the application/selection process for an enterprise-wide rotational program

Qualifications

  • Masters student in one of the following areas: Organizational Development/Behavior, Talent Management, Human Resources, or a related liberal arts degree
  • Must have previous work experience in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal, as well as with executive audiences
  • Exceptional project management skills: organized, coordinate and pull together various pieces of a project, create project timelines and track against them, manage multiple events and logistics
  • Relationship-oriented: able to meet new stakeholders, quickly build rapport and understand their needs, and suggest proposals to solve their requirements 
  • Must be a self-driven, autonomous worker, willing to dig-in and work on a variety of topics within the domain, as well as related topics in the broader HR arena
