Job Description
The Global Delivery Model Services (GDMS) organization is focused on three strategic objectives: articulation and integration of Global Delivery Model (GDM) strategy; definition, build-out and continuous improvement of GDM delivery capabilities; and ongoing execution of GDM operations to ensure seamless quality and service across the Service Delivery Network (SDN).

The Global Delivery Model Solutions team develops programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, implementing, and managing a robust Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of the firm’s Global Delivery Model (GDM) operations on a world-wide scale. This includes establishing governance operating processes for maintaining and improving the BPM over time.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in leading teams and managing the portfolios of strategic suppliers and agreements to align with firm interests, guidelines and standards from a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:

- Leading stewardship and continuous improvement of the commercial agreements, assets and resources of the firm's Global Delivery Model;
- Providing guidance and direction to individuals in other functional teams such as Procurement, Office of General Council, Risk, and Internal Firm Services;
- Functioning by serving as the leader and liaison and coordinating efforts appropriately;
- Providing consistency serving as a consultant to the Procurement Organization and firm leadership during complex, sensitive, high value or difficult supplier negotiations; 
- Understanding the complexities and intricacies of the Procurement contract management lifecycle, process and systems so that agreements are captured, executed, input, reviewed and renewed in a consistent, audit-worthy means with adequate time for renewal management; and,
- Documenting and revising workflow for business case scenarios so that the most optimal and accurate processing methods are employed.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in identifying and addressing the needs of the global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:

- Developing and sustaining extensive internal and external stakeholder relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to develop the maximum return on investment;
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and,
- Defining legal contract workflow requirements, and project and team workflow.
