Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales

Position Summary:

The Inbound Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing, and coaching performance on a team of approximately 10 to 15 Inbound Sales Agents, in a call center environment. Organizes and manages inside sales personnel responsible for closing inbound sales calls. The schedule will vary based on business needs. Current schedules are between the hours of 7 am – 11 pm, but may change over time, and could start earlier or end later (depending on business needs.) The Inbound Sales Supervisor must be positive, have high energy, and be able to motivate their team to reach specific goals. They will be responsible for developing and implementing performance improvement plans for under-performing agents.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and manages inside sales personnel responsible for closing inbound sales calls.
  • Develops and oversees inbound telephonic sales processes.
  • Accountable for achieving assigned revenue goals and quotas of the sales team. *Coordinates work flows. Works with sales force to ensure that customers understand the benefits and features of new products, services and programs.
  • Oversees the processing of inside sales orders and documentation for accurate and timely installation and turn-up of sold accounts.
  • Prepares regular sales activities reports.
  • Work is reviewed frequently for quality against objectives, budgets and schedules.
  • Assigns tasks. Checks and guides work at frequent intervals.
  • Trains employees on daily tasks and specialized sales techniques.
  • Troubleshoots difficult problems. Decisions affect outcomes of the sales team. *Negotiates with difficult customers.
  • Sets priorities for, leads and participates in review of performance staff.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • 1 to 3 years in a lead/proficient level of performance.
