Supervisor - Administrative Services

Job Description
The Supervisor Administrative Services is responsible for the supervision of assigned employees. Specific responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating daily activities of assigned non-clinical Operations staff members; monitor staffing needs and adjust as needed and develop staffing schedules to meet departmental needs; identify training and growth needs for direct reports and facilitate as needed; and, review and evaluate individual performance annually and on an on going basis and provide feedback related to performance and initiate and carry out any necessary disciplinary actions. The Supervisor Administrative Services interacts with internal and external customers to evaluate and revise procedures and processes to facilitate and improve processes.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory experience required

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Accordant is preferred. 5-8 years relevant work experience is required
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, proficiency in using software applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Visio, Access
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to change, perform critical analysis, plan, organize and evaluate effectively
- Willingness to give performance feedback to employees
- High level of computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, email and Word

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
