Our fast-paced organization is seeking dynamic and resourceful Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day planning, prioritizing and managing joint roadmaps focused on deepening relationships with both individual and workplace customers to ensure delivery of best in class solutions. This individual will be a part of Group Operations office within Customer Office.            

Individual will support the team in leading interactions with business leadership, including overall communications, strategic roadmaping, outcomes reporting, escalations, and other relationship management to ensure we are delivering best in class solution for respective internal clients.

Individual will size and track outcomes and overall financial and customer impacts and integrate actions across all critical functions, including Marketing, Tech, Sales, Service, Product and Data Analytics to ensure alignment, dependencies management, critical pathing against long-term initiatives and execution to outcomes.

We are looking for self-starting individual, with superior analytical, governance, project and portfolio management and creative problem-solving skills. With deep project management expertise and an ownership mentality, individual must be able to seamlessly marry broad-scale holistic project management disciplines with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities include:

  • Development, driving and accountability for the structure that will enable delivery of initiatives

  • Definition, creation of long-term strategic plans and execution roadmaps focused on our customers

  • Core project management expertise for the full lifecycle of initiatives, including but not limited to: project planning, initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control and completion.

  • Timely, accurate and relevant project and program reporting. Ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.

  • Definition and monitoring of revenue and cost drivers, customer engagement metrics and other KPIs, budget management and refining strategic drivers based on outcomes

  • Tracking dependencies between programs

  • Dashboards, reports and headcount trackers

  • Project management

  • Opportunity sizing and prioritization

  • Serving as a cultural ambassador for a fast paced, technology-enabled, customer-centric financial services work environment

  • Strategic communication, willingness to learn and intelligent risk taking

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Marketing or Management or equivalent; MBA preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in Project and Program Management

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management tools

  • Excellent time management / organizational and negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and hands on presentation creation and delivery skills

  • Ability to go deep into the details as warranted. Both a planner and a “doer”

  • Project, Program and Portfolio professional certifications preferred

  • Working knowledge of Agile required
