We are seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our Organization Development team. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Develop, socialize, and enforce WB’s Change Management strategy, framework, and resources. Work with global Org Development partners to develop an overall framework for how WB approaches Change Management for any type of change initiative as well as developing the necessary tools and resources that can be leveraged for a change management project.
  • Develop an overall change road map for all known projects across WB (includes global). They will utilize this road map to provide advice on how change projects will impact the studio and how best to manage the change for employees.
  • Be the main point of contact for Technology project managers for all change management needs. This will include defining the change management scope, budget, and the respective resource allocation, sourcing the resources, and overall oversight of the change management scope.                                
  • Manage project resources and budgets related to OCM resources. They will lead and/or support the design of change management strategies and plans by leveraging a consistent methodology and set of tools to assess an org problem and respective change intervention.  Plans must include recommended deliverables, project milestones and success metrics. Plans will include consideration for post go-live needs/activities to reach full adoption.
  • Collaborate with Org Development (OD) team members to advise and support implementation of respective change management plans. This includes ongoing evaluation of potential areas of resistance, identification of change champions, development of major project communications and consistent communication of progress to project leadership. Partner with appropriate HR groups regarding organizational recommendations and impacts as a result of change initiatives.
  • Manage and lead the OCM team by providing necessary tools, supervision and guidance. The team consists of 3 internal resources, and external would vary depending on project portfolio. 
  • Develop key metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. Provide consistent updates to project staff during implementation and complete a post-implementation recommendation.  

What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience creating and implementing change management strategies for large enterprise wide change strategies and initiatives. 
  • Specific experience in the following areas:
    • Change Management
    • Org Development
    • Communications and Marketing
    • Project Management
  • Strong project planning, project management, and project integration skills. Internal client and vendor relationship management.
  • Proven exceptional group facilitation skills.
