Sr Manager eCommerce

This Senior Ecommerce Manager is a
thought leader in the digital marketing space with a strong track record of
driving digital strategy and operations in the areas of email marketing,
segmentation, search, site optimization and re-targeting. This Leader will
drive the Digital Marketing operations and play a key role in the in-market
optimization for customers and prospects on AT&T’s owned digital properties
(att.com, directv.com and directvnow.com).

The primary responsibilities for this
position are:

(1) Define
optimization opportunities leveraging personalization by using user journeys,
segmentation data and customer feedback;

(2) Execute
personalization and A/B test campaigns for customers and prospects

(3) Collaborate with
development and creative teams to deliver and build campaigns

(4) Leverage
segmentation data and machine learning to improve the digital experience

More specifically, this role will
assume the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of personalization
    and A/B testing campaigns to customer and prospects with an eye on driving
    results.
  • Design, measure and optimize prospect
    user journeys that include site optimization, re-messaging and email/SMS and
    other digital marketing channels.
  • Drive overall planning of conversion
    and optimization goals for various measurable time periods.
  • Partner on unstructured analysis to
    identify pain points/gaps for various conversion events.
  • Identify customer pathing anomalies based
    on site analytics
  • Design and manage experiments and rules
    engine that drive site personalization using the segments in sales and
    marketing. Serve as digital SME on personalization execution across all
    marketing verticals.
  • Partner with Content Management and
    Product Management to drive infrastructure to operate personalization at scale.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to
    drive fallout analysis/tests/multiarmed bandit analysis and recommendations.
  • Support enterprise marketing and
    product launches with Personalization to deliver specific experiences.
  • Provide operational support in
    conditional content publishing for the Marketing, Digital and any other
    stakeholder teams.
