Warner Bros. Home Entertainment seeks a Senior Coordinator, Digital Marketing for the Digital Marketing department.

Responsibilities include:  
  • Facilitating communications and distributing assets between various external agencies, international and domestic groups, internal creative, legal and marketing departments.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and DVD product, process vendor payments, manage building access passes, etc.
  • Assisting Digital Marketing team with ad hoc reports summarizing social media activity and results.
  • Coordinating general business processes including meetings for the Digital Marketing team with various vendors and internal groups, mailings, internal shared drive folders, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed, such as assisting with the timely launch of annual online marketing campaigns for the Film Marketing groups.
What do we require from you?
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing and/or digital marketing.  
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
  • Must be web savvy with an understanding of tools, terminology and structure.
  • Knowledge of online practices and marketing.
