Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Administrator, Supply Chain Analytics for the Sales Planning & Analysis department. The Sr. Administrator, Supply Chain Analytics is fundamental to WHEG Strategic Supply Chain Group. The Sr. Administrator assists the roll out and supports all enterprise wide continuous improvement initiatives.  The Sr. Administrator conducts analysis and compiles strategic recommendations to support marketing, production and operations business needs.

Responsibilities include:  
  • Developing new or improving performance measure in alignment with company’s objectives. Preparing monthly & quarterly executive management reports and dashboards. Providing financial analytical review highlighting key areas of improvements (variance and trend analysis).
  • Implementing the governance process of data collection on performance measures. Assisting the planning group in meeting facilitations to build a collaborative effort with cross functional group.
  • Collaborating with EMEA, Mexico & Canada Continuous improvement initiatives; monthly tracking, reporting of inventory in all warehouses, SKU count destruction and liquidation. Developing techniques to consolidate reports, dashboard and help in migration to new technologies.
  • Conducting analysis and compiling strategic recommendation to support marketing, production and operations. Identify performance gaps and potential business issues.
What do we require from you?
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of basis business financial analysis and communication/presentation skills
  • PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Must be able to work overtime, if and when needed.
