Sr Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support for ERM senior leaders (two Leadership Team members and several Extended Leadership Team) - including calendar management, meeting coordination/prep, travel and expense management - and more general support for ERM team members - e.g. handling of supplies, facilities issues, other administrative inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Heavy calendar management for leaders - schedule meetings and maintain calendars; schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings (including reserving conference rooms, catering, A/V support)

  • Travel and expense management for leaders - manage travel arrangements - air, car, hotel, etc; complete expense reports on timely basis

  • Support activities - answer telephones; receive visitors; resolving issues or inquiries from team members; onboard new employees (e.g. arrange for equipment, supplies)

  • Leadership Team Meeting coordination - assist in collection of topics, preparation of agenda, organization of materials, set-up of room

  • Project assistance - may assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience

Desired:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 5-7 years of administrative support experience

  • Advanced MS Office Suite
