Enterprise Account Manager - Spectrum Enterprise

The Highlights

The Enterprise Account Manager is a field sales position, selling voice, data, cloud and video services. In this role, you will be responsible for upselling services to existing clients, renewing and retaining existing clients and winning-back former clients. The position will focus on establishing long-term client relationships.

What you will do
  • Build key relationships to support their fast-growing business
  • Cultivate new opportunities with former clients
  • Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities
  • Deliver proposals to promote new revenue
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue quotas
  • Maintain client database
  • Work in conjunction with Account Management, Sales Engineering and Marketing
  • Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required keys for success
  • Two to four years of business-to-business account management or sales experience
  • Proven record as top sales performer exceeding revenue quota
  • Skilled in quickly conducting consultative analysis and providing recommendations
  • Collaborative team member, able to multitask and manage change
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
  • Strong English communication skills

How you will stand out from the crowd
  • Two to four years of experience selling data, voice, cloud or video solutions
  • Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
  • Deadline-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by commission-based model
  • Coachable with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with product suite, business software, hardware and intranet

Your education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred)
