Job Description: We are seeking a marketing research and insights professional who is highly analytical, self-motivated and intellectually curious to join the Individual Solutions Group Marketing & Customer Insights (ISG MCXI) team supporting Individual Solutions Group (ISG), Individual Life Insurance (ILI) and Annuities businesses. Reporting to the Director, Consumer Metrics & Insights the Specialist, Metrics & Insights will gather, synthesize and socialize data and metrics to provide meaningful insights that support the MCXI strategies and initiatives, as well as develop dashboards/scorecards supporting the MCXI organization. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative results from in-market tests.
  • Blend data as needed to provide deep dive analysis and inform a learning agenda.
  • Assist business partners in sizing market opportunity.
  • Visualize data and build reports that identify insights and trends within a test, epic or channel, which help complete the learning agenda and devise future tests.
  • Fulfill ad hoc data requests.
  • Assist in developing tagging strategy for in-market tests and ensure tags work in production.
  • Minimum 2 years experience on a team responsible for analyzing data and developing reporting for one or more business functions (marketing, product, sales, service, customer experience, etc.).
  • Experience working in a matrix/nonhierarchical environment who embraces a culture of agility and innovation.
  • Experience developing dashboards and scorecards a must, preferably in Tableau.
  • Experience with data analysis, management and transformation preferred (SQL, SAS, etc.).
  • Experience leveraging Web Analytics platforms and key metrics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with Ensighten or similar web tagging applications for measurement.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for leveraging data to solve business challenges.
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Must demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
