Social Marketing Associate Manager

About the position

The Social Marketing Associate Manager, helps with development and implementation related to the ISG Social Media Strategy. They work with the ISG Marketing Team, Control Partners, and internal Corporate Agency to help devise the strategic direction for our Social Marketing in alignment with the Business Unit Strategy. In this role you will:
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Work with Content Board and Cross Functional Teams to generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Help establish processes and create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage projects, identify key players and coordinate project activities
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience with Hearsay, LinkedIn, and Twitter preferred
  • B2B, B2B2C, and B2C experience preferred
  • Financial Services experience preferred
