The Application Architect Specialist provides functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Develop requirements. Manage creation and quality of deliverables. Manage project(s) and project team(s). Develop process capabilities.

Job Description

Requirements Management professionals demonstrate skills and specific experience in identifying the Logical development Architecture Services required to meet functional and technical requirements and in mapping them to Physical (hardware, software or data) components that will implement them and to processes that will deliver them; and in blueprinting, designing, estimating, implementing and testing development Architectures, with a specific focus on Requirements Management aspects, patterns, tools and techniques.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

Job Description:

Act as a servicenow platform technical lead to manage the technical health of the servicenow platform in its entirety Collaborate and guide offshore resources from the technical aspect Make sure that technical best practices are followed in solution drafted Point person for client to answer any technical related questions Incident trouble shooting and resolution Monitor queues of enhancements, estimate , design and make sure they get released on time per the release plan
