As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Branding and Strategy, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of measures that promote BASF’s employer brand and enhance Talent Acquisition practices globally. Your thought leadership on Talent Acquisition concepts will be an integral part of a global Talent Management strategy, as you work within a global team and in our Talent Management Community, to help shape a highly effective talent journey from external awareness of BASF to high performance and contribution within.

  • Your strong functional thought leadership will assist you in trend scouting for new concepts, practices and tools
  • You will redefine Talent Acquisition for digital transformation, including the design/framework of sourcing and recruiting digital talent via digital techniques and tools and broader use of social media and data supported analytics
  • Your functional skills and competencies will prove to be essential in your market screening & integration of suitable recruitment channels (job boards, social media and networks etc.) for different target groups for use globally as well as with regional adaptation
  • Leveraging your collaborative partnering skills, you will help form a Best practice exchange (e.g. on global recruitment strategies and channels) within the BASF Group and with other companies
  • Your valuable marketing skills and techniques will define and design suitable measures to promote BASF's global employer brand; further develop BASF's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), in collaboration with regional representatives. Demand management, set up, coordination and steering of global effective Employer Branding campaigns including selection and steering of creative agencies and external vendors
  • You will monitor BASF's global employer brand, recruitment assets, social media outreach and their effectiveness and produce valuable insights and results in Talent Acquisition
  • Through teamwork you will enhance the design of BASF's global career website, creating a well-optimized career section focusing on job postings, creative assets, e.g. incorporating strong visuals such as picture material, videos, etc.
  • Your experience managing projects with encouragement and recognition of others valuable contributions will help form an engaged cross-functional and global team, producing successful outcomes on Talent Acquisition projects
  • You will coordinate global HR Expert Teams for Talent Acquisition including moderation of virtual and personal meetings and workshops.
