Advertising & Analytics - Senior - Scrum Master (AdCo)

The Senior Scrum Master - will provide Agile leadership for the Advertising product delivery teams within the Advertising Technology Group – Engineering team, supporting the new AT&T Advertising and Analytics company.

The position will be facilitating agile delivery for industry - leading-edge solutions for the core ad-tech stack, product revenue and data enablement products supporting the pivot to Advertising as a Service.

The landscape and industry you will support functions at a unique and aggressive pace where the candidate will lead a product development team that uses the agile development methodology, allowing a team to self-organize and make changes rapidly and quickly.

The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged. Educating and initiating scrum teams on Agile practices and will act as a Servant Leader to motivate and ensure the scrum process is followed as intended.

You will facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standup, Demonstration, Story Point Estimation, Retrospective, Iteration Planning, Backlog Grooming) and foster continuous improvement. Promote communication and collaboration during daily scrums and build consensus for achievement during a specified period of time. Remove impediments to a team's productivity by shielding them from outside influences and noise. Empower teams and facilitate creativity while guarding quality and monitoring iteration progress while striving for successful completion. Represent the team to management. Disseminate information to the team, including reports, metrics and charts. Act as the single point of contact for the Product Owner and Project Manager. Work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement.

- Desired:
a. Scrum Master (CSM / SASM) certification
b. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
c. Product Owner (CPO, POPM) certification
Training and Special Skills
- BS in Technical, Engineering or Information Systems related
- 5-8 years of experience with 2-3 years Agile experience
- Experience in scaled agile implementations
- Experience in implementing and running Agile projects of
varying size and complexity in different cultures and
- Experience with standard Agile tools and engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team facilitation skills
- Ability to provide objective guidance
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to work in challenging environments
