Overall Purpose: Performs a wide variety of law-related tasks under the direction of attorneys or Supervising Paralegal. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze legal information, perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare legal documents and reports. May specialize in certain areas of law, such as tax law. Investigate and research more complex legal matters. Prepare legal documents that require an advanced legal knowledge of specific subject areas.

Assists legal organization in acquiring the information and data needed to prepare for hearings, closings, trials and corporate meetings. May attend possible court hearings and represent company in administrative role. Education: Typically high school diploma or GED required, ABA recognized paralegal certificate required. Experience: Typically 0-4 years of experience. Supervisory: No.
