Warner Bros. engages with hundreds of millions of consumers around the world on web, mobile, television and movie screens. The Warner Bros. Consumer Intelligence (WBCI) team aggregates, analyzes, and activates data generated by these platforms to execute digital advertising strategies for Warner Bros. divisions.

 
What part will you play?
The Sr Media Campaign Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign reporting operations, including analyzing online and offline marketing data streams, defining reporting requirements, and developing reports and dashboards.  
 
You will support Media & Marketing teams to extract insights for campaign optimization and identify learnings to apply on future campaigns.  You will also have the opportunity to work with the Film, Home Entertainment, Games and Digital Networks divisions, as well as the international markets, to provide and implement a supporting model from the ground up.  
 
What will you be doing?
  • Extract and analyze data from marketing and business data sources, including Google Analytics, Doubleclick, AdWords, Facebook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ad/social platforms and internal BI applications.
  • Develop key reports, dashboards, and presentation decks to measure campaign performance across marketing channels. 
  • Provide insights to optimize campaign performance and identify learnings for future campaigns.
  • Stay current on digital media measurement tools, best practices and research with an emphasis on measurement issues such as attribution, data collection, and targeting.
  • Work with internal Media & Marketing teams, Agencies, and internal Data Warehousing teams along the campaign reporting process.
 
What we require from you?
  • Knowledge of Adtech, Martech, and Social Platforms
  • Experience with marketing and/or ad operations
  • Deep knowledge of reporting/analytics process
  • Prior experience using BI/Visualization tools
  • Experience in consolidating and reconciling data across different systems
  • Familiarity with databases and segmentation
  • Ability to analyze and present campaign results effectively to media, marketing, and ad tech teams
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and schedule a high workload
  • To be results driven with an excellent attention to detail
 
Bonus points for:
  • SQL Query knowledge
  • Datorama and/or Tableau experience
