Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Implementation

Mobility & Entertainment (M&E) Consumer Marketing & Analytics is committed to driving individual product excellence, while accelerating our multi-product household base.

This role will:

  • Serve as a marketing infrastructure expert owning creation, installation and management of platforms across the enterprise.
  • Monitor tracking infrastructure to ensure reporting outputs are accurate; including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for issues related to all pieces of the marketing tech stack.
  • Support the marketing teams to onboard and validate new partner measurement feasibility for success.
  • Collaborate with team members by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed.
  • Establish enterprise-wide best practices for data processing to ensure data consistency across all partner agencies.
  • Partner with development teams to provide tracking requirements, perform quality assurance, and educate on the value of digital tracking systems.
  • Standardize and evangelize reporting platforms across the enterprise.

The background of the successful candidate includes:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ad operations a plus.
  • Hands on knowledge of ad serving systems and advertising tracking technologies, especially DoubleClick.
  • Experience with tag management systems and processes.
  • A passion for all things digital, including a good understanding of industry trends and digital technology developments and how they can be used to deliver category defining media solutions.
  • A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills, to ensure you can keep on top of your own and others workload
  • Fine-tuned communication, presentation and influencing skills; with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites
  • Strong technical skills are a must; including JavaScript
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
