Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Design & Optimization

AT&T’s Mobility & Entertainment (M&E) Consumer Marketing & Analytics organization is committed to driving individual product excellence, while accelerating our multi-product household base.

Details of this role include:
  • Optimize our digital marketing platforms and data capabilities to driving consumer subscription and retention.
  • Identify, develop, and implement compelling strategic solutions to drive alignment, increase ownership, and hold teams accountable to data credibility and governance.
  • A change agent able to educate, evangelize, and build partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders around data collection/integration methods, identity graphs, match rates, and reporting granularity.

Skill set of the successful candidate:

  • 5+ years' relevant, related marketing experience with digital, and analytics
  • Firmly grounded strategic thinker with an openness to pivot to new creative approaches for solutions.
  • Fearless around emerging technologies and project management concepts.
  • Long proactive history of effectively navigating complex corporate dynamics and evolving priorities.
  • Possess domain knowledge (and ability to demonstrate credibility) in data analytics/attribution, digital marketing players/landscape, and/or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
