The CW Network, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Distribution Operations for the Digital Media department. The role serves as primary point of contact and operations lead for digital distribution affiliates such as YouTube TV, DirecTV and Hulu.  
  • Serve as the sole internal and external point of contact for Virtual Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (VMVPDrelationships.
  • Coordinates communication to streamline internal support for VMVPD relationships.
  • Runs kick-off and status calls between VMVPD and internal teams prior to launch.
  • Troubleshoots operational issues in content delivery, ad serving, design and branding. Works with internal and external partners to resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Coordinates feedback from QC team and insures follow-through/escalation on the part of VMVPD partners and internal teams.
  • Works cross functionally with Network Distribution, Business Affairs, Affiliate Marketing, On-Air Promotion, Branded Entertainment, Advertising Sales and Digital teams to ensure that group objectives are met.
  • Provides ongoing status updates to internal stakeholders, including summaries for executive review.
  • Maintains internal database of partners, deal status, affiliate participation and contacts.  
  • Primary point of contact for partner compliance verification.
  • Other job-related duties or projects as assigned.

What do we require from you?
  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred.
  • Previous project management experience and a strong understanding of television production and post-production required.
  • Previous video/web publishing and client account management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant terminology and procedures, including, but not limited to, distribution (OTT, VOD, VMVPD, MVPD), digital advertising (Dynamic Ad Insertion, etc.), artwork (image formats, graphics, logos, etc.), video (digital encoding formats, generic & episodic promos, duplication, etc.), new technology (online strategies, websites, digital asset management, etc.) and programming/publicity materials (synopses, log lines, running orders, fact sheets, etc.).
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, Outlook, Google Docs, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, etc.
  • Must be able to work additional hours as required.
