Senior Financial Analyst - Customer & Logistics Services

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (HCS), a Johnson & Johnson family company, is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - Customer & Logistics Services. This position will be located in Piscataway, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The HCS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the Johnson & Johnson organization. The SFA will report to the Finance Manager, FP&A, HCS, and will work directly with senior leadership within HCS as well as with the Commercial and Supply Chain Finance organizations.

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) provides financial leadership and decision support to the Quality & Compliance, Contract Strategy & Management, and HCS Finance organizations. Additionally, the SFA will provide FP&A support for overall HCS Capital and Headcount, as well as other duties as required.

  • Provide financial leadership and decision support during the annual business planning process and quarterly budget updates for the Quality & Compliance, HCS Finance, and Contract Strategy & Management organizations.
  • Perform quarterly and/or monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide support for total HCS headcount collection & analytics on both a forecast and actuals basis
  • Provide support for total HCS capital planning on both a forecast and actuals basis
  • Provide support for key compliance activities to ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's and internal policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance
  • A MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of finance or accounting experience is required
  • Experience in supply chain, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting are preferred
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and framing to senior leadership is required
  • This position will require up to 10% domestic travel
