Posting Job Description What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Distributing Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Budgets for the WB Pictures Int’l Finance department.  This Senior Financial Analyst:
  • Provides support to Domestic Theatrical Finance group for monthly, quarterly and key budget cycles. 
  • Assists department in management reporting, including the creation of new report formats for senior management. 
  • Reports ultimates to Financial Reporting at the territory level (U.S. and Canada) for Box Office, Revenue, Print and Advertising expense.
  • Assists in the analysis of the Cause of Change schedules issued quarterly (analysis of actual to budget variances issued to Financial Reporting).
  • Assists in the preparation of the Time Warner Long Term Plan, Annual Budget, Mid Year updates and monthly outlook updates.  
  • Loads detailed budgets into FLASH/SAP for Annual Budget, Mid Year Forecast and Monthly Outlooks - P&L and Cash including the calculation of territory MUR for Canada.
  • Assists in the preparation of all departments overhead budgets as part of the Annual Budget, Mid Year updates.
  • Performs reconciliation between SAP & FLASH to ensure ultimates are properly reported and responds to inquiries from Corporate Financial Reporting.
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor's degree (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
  •  2-4 years applicable experience, ideally in the entertainment industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP R/3 & BW, Powerpoint, Office 365
  • Detail oriented and organized, with strong multitasking and follow-through skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
