Posting Job Description What part will you play?

We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs to join our team. 

In this role, you will provide legal advice and support related to the development, production and distribution of programming content and custom content for the Warner Bros. Digital Networks Group, with a focus on providing support to its Stage 13 division. This includes all active production business and legal affairs needs for multiple projects in various stages of development and production. You will also be advising Stage 13 and the Warner Bros. Digital Networks Group on matters related to vendor agreements, third-party partnerships, advertising and brand agreements, sponsorships and integrations, social media activities, influencer engagements, and contests and promotions.  

What do we require from you?
  • JD from a top-rated law school with strong academic credentials
  • Active California bar member [or eligible to register as In-house Counsel with the California bar] 
  • 4-6 years minimum experience with a highly reputable law firm and/or major entertainment, media or technology company

Bonus points for?
  • In-house production and development experience  
  • Advertising and marketing legal experience
