Studio Facilities (WBSF) oversees the physical operations of the historic 110-acre main lot in Burbank including its 30 soundstages and 20-acre backlot, as well as production-related services including costume, set-dressing, construction, set lighting, catering, transportation, photography and much more. The production site also hosts tours for consumers offering guests intimate views at the inner workings of thriving entertainment studios. Posting Job Description What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Studio Facilities seeks a Senior Clerk for the Costume department.
  • This position is responsible for tracking, billing and payments of Costume Dept Administrative Expenses.  
  • Handles monthly department purchasing of department supplies, Reconcile and process department purchasing cards, prepare expense reports and reimbursements, track monthly spends of COS expense lines. 
  • Set up and insure payment of vendor accounts, create PO’s & SWA’s for work & services contracted by dept., calculation, tracking and billing of  Asset storage charges for TV, Features and third Party.  
  • Identify, verify and track Costume Assets for TV clients. 
  • Conducts meeting with new clients to go over policies and procedures. 
  • Perform general clerical duties such as answer and direct phone calls, input drive on passes, provide support to management as needed and provide customer service to internal and external clients.
What do we require from you?
  • High School diploma, with relevant work experience, some college preferred.
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience; previous experience in a customer service oriented busy fast-paced office environment; some experience with facilities management beneficial; production experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Windows: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access or similar database program and RTPro knowledge helpful.   
  • Exposure to SAP or similar accounting software, Gateworks, and 10 key experience a plus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask & teamwork in a fast paced production facing environment; detail oriented; willingness to take on additional responsibility; strong customer service skills.
