Senior Business Analyst

Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of specialty pharmacy and 340B administration services for clients. The Senior Business Analyst will be involved with multiple client projects and diverse responsibilities that may include: project management, business analysis, and client account management.

The Senior Business Analyst will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address project requirements, which may include:
• Gathering data and client needs, understanding and writing business and technical requirements, documenting complex process flows and preparing concise, accurate documents
• Organize complex problems into simple solutions and precise requirements
• Applies core project management strategies and processes to estimate work complexity and produce achievable work - plans ensuring project success.
• Frames complex problems and applies analytics to develop pragmatic solutions
• Manage business stakeholder requests to determine priority based on complexity and overall business impact of the requestRequired Qualifications• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with a healthcare organizationPreferred Qualifications• 1+ years of professional experience with a services company or consulting firm
• Expert knowledge of MS Office and Visio
• Experience using SQL Server Management Studio to perform data analysis
• Tracks the transformation of business requirements into technical requirements
• Utilizes spreadsheet and project management software technologies proficiently and makes related project assessments and recommends improvements
• Experience in working with multiple project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall and Agile)
• Delivers business results that reflect strategic and creative thinking
• Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills to various audiences
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
• Communicate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables
