Senior Application Systems Administrator

U.S. Bank is seeking a talented Senior Application Systems Administrator with system configuration and data integrity experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
• Installs, configures, and maintains purchased applications, complex application suites, or application frameworks.
• Installs, configures, tunes, and maintains application systems, and/or user group profiles.
• Schedules installations and upgrades.
• Installs new software releases and application system upgrades.
• Evaluates and installs patches.
• Monitors and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Partners with internal infrastructure teams and vendor to provide recommendations for hardware and system software upgrades.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.
• Works with application developers, vendor, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot application system problems.
• Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in application development
-Ability to code Powershell scripts to automate system administration/application.

Preferred Skills/Experience
-This is hands on position and needs to do the work independently and alongside with other team members
-Actively participates in system outage conference calls and take lead positions as needed
-Experience in supporting, administration of Siebel systems in large implementations.
-Experienced MS Dynamics system administrator and Prior experience is preferred.
-Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft #NET Frame work,
-Good experience in supporting programs written in Microsoft C#
-Good working knowledge of Object oriented programming using Messaging services like Tibco EMS, MQ Middleware
-Good working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture products like Oracle Service Bus
-Good working knowledge of Firewall security setup, Load Balancers,
-Strong working knowledge of using MS SQL Server 2012 onwards,
-Ability to write SQLs for extracting information from the database.
-Ability to interface with Infrastructure teams like, Firewall Security, Firewall Operations, SQL DBAs, Network support teams, UDB DBAs
-Excellent communication skills to interact with Technical teams
