Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Customer Solutions

As the Senior Analyst, you will support the Regional IDN SC Customer Solutions team(s) in the development, deployment and delivery of supply chain customer solutions to segmented IDN customers in the assigned region(s). You will have a high degree of autonomy to assess the supply chain, recommend, and implement solutions as required by Regional Leadership and the customer. You will conduct complex supply chain analysis using a variety of data sources to diagnose the cost to serve, effectiveness and efficiency of the JJMD to IDN supply chain. You are responsible for delivering the existing SC solutions to specific Joint Business Plan (JBP) initiatives to address SC costs, effectiveness, and/or efficiencies in the JJMD to IDN Customer supply chain. You will have a high degree of direct customer interface in the assessment of the customer supply chain and the delivery of supply chain customer solutions. You will apply a broad set of supply chain skills to effectively deliver solutions to include: Lean, Six Sigma, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), inventory management, customer dashboards, project management.
Responsibilities:• Mine and analyze data across multiple data sources: Order to Cash (multiple), Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve; as well as Customer provided data sets• Identify cost, efficiency and / or effectiveness opportunities of JJMD to IDN Customer supply chain• Assess and prioritize SC customer solutions to deploy to the customer that align to customer and JJMD Joint Business Plan objectives• Support the development of JBP objectives• Interface directly with customer SC staff in the diagnosis and prioritization process• Engage in Lean assessments directly with customer; may lead Lean assessments on-site with customer• Leverage SC best practice and “End to End” SC capabilities• Maintain expert knowledge of approximately 20-30 Supply Chain solutions and effectively deploy these solutions• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders in the deployment of SC Customer Solutions: Customer SC staff; Customer Credit Management, Contract Strategy & Management, Finance, IT, Customer Experience, Distribution, E-Commerce, Transportation• Proactively identify opportunities, conduct root cause/trending analysis, and develop/implement short- and long-term solutions using knowledge of products, processes, and other subject matter experts• Maintain customer scorecard / dashboard to track progress against specific customer initiatives• Shape existing SC solutions to match customer’s needs and capabilities• Support overall Supply Chain inventory management relationship and executes the VMI process with designated customers• Plan and analyze daily inventory levels, forecasts, and orders at a product code level• Maintain safety stock, lead-time, and all other order generation related system parameters• Manage product level alignment between customer and JJHCS system – data integrity• Meet all inventory and service level objectives• Monitor and report on customer performance and business activity monthly• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities• Utilize tools such as ABC Analysis and Full Case Analysis in support of inventory management recommendations

Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or focused degree in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred• Minimum of 4 years related experience required• Logistics or Supply Chain experience required • Customer-facing experience preferred• Requires proficiency with MS Word and Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables • Demonstrated understanding of the end to end supply chain required• Working knowledge of SAP preferred• Finance knowledge and/or work experience preferred in any of the following areas: accounts receivable, deduction management, or cash application and collections • LEAN /Process Excellence knowledge preferred• Project management experience preferred• Healthcare or Medical Device sector/industry experience is helpful• This role is located in Piscataway, NJ and requires up to 25% domestic travel
