Senior Analyst, Data Analytics

About the position

Overview:

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, strategic thinker + quantitative analyst to join our marketing and customer analytics team and help increase new customer acquisition for Prudential. You will use your strategic thinking to guide marketers and product managers about how to drive lift in incremental sales. You will use your analytical reasoning and technical knowledge to make sure that we have the right data to analyze our audience behavior. You will use your quantitative skills and expertise in digital marketing and customer experience to turn data into information into insights into actionable recommendations. You will use your excellent communication skills to tell great stories with data and persuade stakeholders that your recommendations are in the best interest of the business. By doing all these things well, you will help millions of people achieve Financial Wellness, plus you will build relationships (and hopefully a career) here at Prudential.

Description of what the employee will do on a daily basis:

·        Help stakeholders define KPIs for product/campaign

·        Define requirements for data collection for tagging specialists and data engineers, work with them to implement, perform QA

·        Create self-serve dashboards for stakeholders, using Adobe Analytics, Excel or SQL + Tableau

·        Do deep dive analyses using PowerPoint to uncover optimization opportunities for marketers and product managers

·        Be a strategic consultant for A/B testing or targeting, advertising, email marketing, UX development

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·        Prior experience working with data a plus

·        Prior experience in marketing a plus
