Warner Bros. Home Entertainment seeks a Senior Analyst, Business Development to provide multiple options and ultimately, recommendations related to business models and varying deal terms.  In this role, you will assess the financial impacts of multiple deal variables and support Business Development team in negotiation strategies and tactics.
 Responsibilities include:  
  • Providing financial and deal support in negotiations with current digital transactional partners
    • Creating excel based business models to evaluate financial impact of business terms on specific ptrs. and across all digital transactional partners (includes global, broadband, satellite, cable and physical / digital hybrid clients). 
    • Developing and maintaining plan and summary of ongoing negotiations as needed.
  • Evaluating financial viability of new potential business opportunities.
    • Modeling financial forecasts for new opportunities.
    • Updating and maintaining database of new business leads and inquiries.  As needed, share opportunities and coordinate discussions with other WB groups and stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining partner summaries of business terms and conditions
    • Tracking amendments and changes to terms over time.  Preparing analysis of terms and financials for renewals and negotiations
    • Tracking new client activity and interactions with other WB divisions (e.g., new products, announcements, promotions)
  • Evaluating financial impact of new technology and new product entries into market
    • Providing financial and deal support in WB’s evaluation and development of new technology opportunities
    • Developing industry projections around new products
What do we require from you?
  • BA/BS in Business related major or statistics or equivalent work experience.  
  • 3+ years’ experience business modeling.
  • Transactional Digital Media experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of presenting financial findings.
  • Extensive experience with Excel and complex modeling.
