Senior Advisor - Novologix Client Product Management

Job Description
As a Novologix Client Product Advisor, you will be responsible for representing the innovative NovoLogix products and programs with existing clients. This individual will collaborate closely with the CVS Specialty Strategic Account Executive team, as the subject matter expert of the Novologix suite of services, to drive adoption of our Novologix Prior Authorization and claims editing solutions. This role will require a strong technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment. The Advisor will need to be able to achieve established goals while navigating a complex and highly matrix'd organization.

The Novologix Client Product Advisor will need to manage through conflicting priorities, ambiguity, and conflict to deliver customer results. We are looking for someone to creatively solve complex client problems with an appropriate mix of quantitative analytics, market-based pragmatism, and sound business judgment. He/She will also need to be able to influence and establish rapport with colleagues both senior and junior to him/her.

More specifically, this individual will:

- Interact with the C-Suite (E.g., CMO, CIO) of the Novologix Health Plan clients to provide strategic oversight of Novologix solutions
- Have a detailed, firsthand understanding of the evolving needs of our clients’ specific to medical benefit management which will require a strong strategic and solution-oriented thinking capability
- Consult with clients on the Novologix programs most likely to help control their costs while either increasing or holding quality constant
- Ensure superior client satisfaction and service deliveryis achieved
- Keep abreast of the changing specialty marketplace, maintaining a credible level of expertise on the major drivers of change, significant new drug launches, and evolving practice pattern
- Combine market intelligence, client requests, and organic innovation to formulate new product/program options for sharing with our Specialty Product Strategy & Management team
- Work with the Specialty Program Strategy & Management team and the Novologix Business Operations team to support their prioritization efforts, helping to provide the voice of the customer and set direction specific to Novologix
- Collaborate with the Medical Benefit Management Solutions, Implementation, and Information Technology teams to drive effective product promotion and client adoption
- Facilitate client meetings to highlight financial performance and program value
- Execute client renewals by building existing relationships and developing new strategic relationships with key client stakeholders
- Lead new product feature pilots and gather feedback fromkey clients, to contribute to the product roadmap

This position can be located in a CVS Corporate Hub or remotely in the U.S. The candidate will be required to travel throughout the country at least 50% of the time.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working for a PBM, Health Plan, Specialty Pharmacy, or related healthcare field, managing products and solutions in a client facing role.

3+ years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working for a PBM, Health Plan, Specialty Pharmacy, or related healthcare field managing products and solutions in a client facing role.

- Experience with solutions that impact medical benefit utilization management.

Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree preferred.
