JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for proactively utilizing the traffic system to research data, metrics and analytics around client schedules for high profile events, local, and national inventory allocations. This position will be the traffic liaison between Sales Support, Pricing and Planning, and Operations departments while communicating and providing guidance to cross functional leadership.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Research, review and provide data analytics around client schedules, sell out levels and dropped spots.
  • Provide proactive schedule guidance and direction to cross functional teams for markets, zones and networks that need attention.
  • Analyze client schedules and needs and provide decision making to best fulfill client schedules.
  • Advise sales personnel on possible solutions with comparable networks for make-goods to minimize revenue loss.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels to avoid overselling and identify trends while providing a solution for inventory control.
  • Research root cause of dropped spots and revenue; make recommendations to recover revenue.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert of key client schedules, revenue and placement nuances.
  • Analyze High Profile Opportunity placement to ensure client and market requirements are met.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate level proficiency in appropriate software applications or technology.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills required for this job.

  • Prior experience with Eclipse or similar traffic system preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment and with multiple levels within the organization
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications and knowledge of and ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
