What part will you play? 
The Sales Planner role is crucial to the day-to-day running of the Sales team and works across every aspect of the sales business, which includes pitches, proposals to clients and general sales intelligence, collateral and support. They will also assist in the coordination and communication, account management and agency & client engagement.

What will you be doing?  
  • Monitor Account Executive's online & on-air schedules daily
  • Use Turner systems to prepare and revise media proposals
  • Organize research and competitive information for Account Executive
  • Create client profiles and prepare Account Executives for meetings
  • Work with internal Marketing teams to create client solutions and promotional ideas for advertisers
  • Prepare post-analysis reports/decks for post-sell meetings
  • Resolve contract discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Sales Assistants to track liability and arrange for under-delivery schedules
  • Provide support to Account Executive/Management and complete additional projects as directed
  • Attend and participate in Sales Planner training sessions
  • Build internal and external relationships and help Account Executive plan events for clients
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field required; previous work on a digital or TV sales team or at an advertising agency is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be outgoing, organized, efficient and a strategic thinker.
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic who is willing to work until the job is complete. Proficient in various computer software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MRI). Sports knowledge a plus.
