This position, within the AT&T Global Fraud Management Organization a 24x7 center, is responsible for near real time on-line network monitoring for detection, analysis, investigation, customer notification, deterrence of fraudulent use of the AT&T Network, correct Uverse orders that error in the downstream process, process payments from customers ordering Pay Per View and/or Video On Demand events, investigate fraud occurring online via att.com, and other related miscellaneous clerical, collection and adjustment activities.  This position requires interfaces with customers, various telecommunications providers, business markets, credit/collections and care centers within AT&T, Local, and State agencies.  Candidates should have familiarity with AT&T products and services (local and long distance), AT&T tariffs, billing, collections, Uverse billing systems, and blocking systems, such as, Exception Manager, PST, SDP, BBNMS, BOCRIS, BOSS, RAMP/DPS, LSA/OSS, Basic 8, TRACS, TRIMS, Tealeaf, Telegence, Fathom, and various other long distance, local, and collections systems.  Education of or experience in AT&T's network architecture, telecommunications fraud, revenue protection/recovery or risk management is preferred.  Strong analytical, investigatory, communication and personal computer skills are required.  In addition, the candidate should possess the ability to work independently with little or no supervision and the eagerness to learn new functions.  The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, holidays, day, evening, or night shift work and/or other overtime work as required.  The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check.
