PWC IT is responsible for the success of our central technology efforts in our federated business model.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6


Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED


Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree


Certification(s) Preferred: PMP


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in project management methodologies, tools and techniques.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Leading and coordinating the work stream Project Managers in the execution of multiple projects supporting the overall transformation while helping remove roadblocks;
- Focusing on the execution of key program activities, deliverables and milestones across the program establishing that program objectives and value are realized;
- Working with team to encourage creativity and forward-thinking suggestions;
- Establishing that all issues, risks, go/no-go decisions, user acceptance/approvals, action items, escalations and red flag items are addressed in a timely matter;
- Being responsible for the development of weekly status reports and executive dashboard;
- Enabling open, transparent and clear communications;
- Establishing dependencies are accounted for across the involved functions of the organization
- Providing overall strategic and tactical leadership support for Business Transformation sponsor;
- Providing relevant, accurate and up to date information; and,
- Promoting use of collaboration tools while enhancing communications between teams using personal exchanges, teleconferences, and video conference.
