The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products.  Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

As part of the PVSI Marketing Operating Committee Team, this role sits on the Retail Products team supporting Consumer Deposits and will be responsible to develop, deploy, and optimize strategy for balance growth initiatives. This role will support the strategy, development and execution of a complex integrated marketing strategy.  Will work closely to lead help a cross functional team made up of representatives from the line of business, marketing partners and agencies, legal, risk and compliance teams.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will have the following duties: 

  • Assist with Developing and Managing Marketing strategy for Consumer Deposits balance growth initiatives
  • Lead Implementation of complex marketing programs in a cross matrix organization
  • Partnering with Insights & Analytics to maintain regular campaign performance reporting, synthesize learnings and recommend campaign plan adjustments
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Collaborate with his/her immediate supervisor to articulate/recommend initiatives for future growth initiatives
  • Stays abreast of key competitor activity and potential impacts to future campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing with leading-edge advertising campaigns
  • Ability to manage large complex projects in a cross-matrix organization that includes: line of business, risk, compliance, legal, marketing partners, agencies, Insights and Analytics, marketing execution
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
  • Ability to lead with excellence during times of ambiguity and change


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience



Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Digital marketing campaign experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with deposit products
  • Experience with upper and lower funnel campaigns. Working knowledge of paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
