Because of this approach, we’re experience rapid growth and looking to expand our team with the vital addition of Project Manager. As a Project Manager for Bluewolf, your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, initiate & manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems software projects
  • Lead and coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers
  • Deliver solutions using appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract
  • Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
  • Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, establish an effective communication plan and provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Project Managers who wish to be considered for this position must possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Liberal Arts
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the FinServ industry
  • Prior Salesforce experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform.
  • Proven problem solving skills; Specifically, the ability to recognize project or resource problems, analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives
  • Superior communication skills (written and oral) to manage expectations, deadlines, risks/issues and escalations
