This is What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage projects and deliverables for the publishing team. This including maintaining calendar & timetables and ensuring team stays on track
- The successful candidate has an eye on approaching deadlines and can reprioritize on the fly where needed
- Coordinate delivery of video assets between internal teams and manages final asset delivery to third party distribution channels, including international partners
- Communicates regularly with business development and partnership teams about ongoing partnerships
- Assist in managing and streamlining publishing and operational processes. This includes working closely with engineering and product development teams to improve product and technical workflows. Helps troubleshoot publishing issues and flag potential problems
- Coordinate with our ad sales teams on sponsorship logo setup and video publishing in the system
- Assist Sr. Multiplatform Editor with operational workflow developments, including creating and documenting workflows and training guides for the Great Big Story
- Input, track and report out marketing budgets
 
This is What We Need from You
- Minimum BA from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of work experience in an agency, digital media or production environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a planning, coordinator or logistical role
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across all levels
- Proven track record of problem solving
- Self-starter and proactively looks for ways to improve things
