The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.

The Project Manager 5 is responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with high visibility programs or projects that are long-term, unique and significant in risk, scope and complexity and have substantial impact to the bottom line. Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to programs and/or critical projects. May be viewed as a program expert.

This position will interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects. Will manage a program or a series of projects associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls. Ensures program-related risks are managed in an effective and efficient manner according to the Project Management Policy.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Ability to manage projects or programs including active and pipeline projects for adherence to enterprise guidelines
  • Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
  • Experience with strategy development and implementation
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of auto finance industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma or reengineering disciplines
  • Experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to track project financials
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Knowledge and understanding of indirect auto finance policies, procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements
