Project Management-Advisor

Job DescriptionDigital Producers act as day-to-day UX operations advisors and oversee UX design, development activities and scope. Ensures high quality execution through planning and monitoring integrated project timelines, quality criteria and risk management. Producers are the UX process expert who provides structure to supplement the creative skills of the UX team.Required Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading digital and IT project management efforts within large, complex environments.
- Experience managing project teams and working
effectively and efficiently in a highly-matrix global
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing UX deliverables from start to finish.
- Skilled in stakeholder management of User experience professionals including UX strategy/vision, UX
designers, Visual Designers, Copywriters, FE Developers and Accessibility.
- Hands-on experience using a wide variety of project management tools and techniques.
- Proven experience with negotiation and conflict
management at many different levels of the
organization.Preferred Qualifications- Top tier business consulting firm experience a plus.
- Demonstrated written / oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both with creative and technical professionals.
- High-level understanding of User Experience and IT development process: visioning, wire framing, visual
design, development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in fast past, high stake environments.
