Product Manager (New York) - Bluewolf

Job Description
We are Bluewolf, an IBM company. We help organizations come up with simple solutions to their customer experience problems through customization across the entire Salesforce platform. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that users love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Based in Manhattan, NY, this position reports to the Director of Products and is responsible for these key functions:
  • Manage a product life cycle with tactical activities
  • Assist/own defining requirements for new features and executing the product roadmap
  • Assist on feature solutions by working with designers and development team
  • Ensure features are delivered as expected and without defects by working with QA on test script coverage
  • Assist with feature documentation, user acceptance testing, and training during product releases
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from user groups, management teams and key clientele

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • 2-3+ years of software marketing/product management experience
  • Experience working in Agile
  • Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle
  • Knowledgeable in cloud technology with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, cloud and web technologies
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with or application lifecycle management tools a strong plus
